This annual professional development conference brings together local and national early childhood educators to discuss­ best practices and emerging research that promotes optimal development for our youngest learners. Learn about research that fosters a common understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and provides resources for advocacy and continuing education.

Alliance member registration begins on October 1, 2025; general registration begins on November 1, 2025. Illinois certified teachers are eligible for Gateways and ISBE professional development credits.
