A transformative gift for plant science

The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ recently received a $21 million gift from The Negaunee Foundation to advance plant conservation science and restoration. This gift is the largest single gift in the Garden’s history and among the largest of its kind to a botanic garden in the United States.

With this historic gift, the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ for Plant Conservation Science and Action will build on its bold and creative science initiatives to save plants from extinction and protect the natural habitats that sustain our world.
