Tram Tour seats can only be reserved, onsite at the Garden and on the day of your visit using your mobile device. Just scan the QR code available at Guest Services locations throughout the Garden.

Yes, all guests are required to reserve an available tour time of their choice after they arrive at the Garden. Reservations for each tour day will open at 9:30am daily allowing members the priority to book during Garden member hours.

Trams can accommodate one visitor boarding in a wheelchair 15 minutes before departure. The wheelchair reservation is a separate type of ticket and can be booked with four companions. This reservation option is offered for guests who need a wheelchair lift and cannot stand or use our step stools for boarding.
