Orchid Show Ticket Exchange
Orchid Show ticket exchange is offered online.
Follow these easy steps to change your Orchid Show event date and time, or download the PDF with the same instructions, a $5 per transaction fee applies. If you have any questions please call Customer Service at (847) 835-6801, or send a message to @email.
Step 1: Locate your ticket confirmation number on your purchase order confirmation email.
Step 2: On your purchase confirmation email, select Change Visit Date link to Find Order web page.
Step 3: Enter your order number in the Find your order input field and click FIND ORDER.
Step 4: Review your original order. You may expand each line to review details. Check the Select All box and click SELECT NEW DATE/TIME button to change Orchid Show tickets..
Step 5: Choose a new date and time for your Orchid Show Tickets. Repeat these steps for General Admission and Parking sections.
Note that the changes will only be applied to your order after checkout.
Step 6: Please confirm the details before clicking CHECKOUT.
Note that the Shopping Cart contains details of both the replaced ticket, the new one, and any fees included in the exchange.
Step 7: You will receive a new ticket confirmation email. You will see your original tickets, along with the return of your initial purchase.
Note that you have the same order number.
Step 8: The PDF attachment contains your new tickets, as does your Apple Wallet.
