Interim Chief Development Officer

As interim chief development officer of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ, Kathleen brings more than 25 years of fundraising experience to the Garden. She has a proven track record of building strong donor relationships, driving successful campaigns, and delivering innovative systems transformations that strengthen donor engagement and collaboration

Kathleen is a team player who builds trust and alignment across teams. She has extensive experience guiding organizations through leadership transitions and is committed to ensuring continuity and stability for staff, donors, and partners.

Most recently, Kathleen served as vice president of development at The Morton Arboretum, where she led a 30-person team and partnered closely with the CEO and Board to achieve record-setting results, including exceeding a major campaign goal by more than $10 million.
