Vice President, Human Resources

Aida Z. Giglio is vice president of human resources of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ, leading the human resources and volunteer services teams. Giglio joined the Garden in 2011 after serving at Endeavor Health for 12 years and beginning her career in human resources in the pharmaceutical industry.

Giglio has transitioned the Garden’s HR function from transactional to strategic. By redesigning compensation architecture, strengthening the employee relations philosophy, and introducing unique wellness benefits, she has elevated total rewards. She is fluent in Spanish, which has been invaluable in her communication with the Garden's Spanish-speaking population. Above all, she has found what has served herself and others best is leading with kindness.

Giglio holds a B.B.A. from Loyola University, Chicago. Inspired by her parents’ commitment to feeding the hungry, she carries a deep appreciation for service and community into both her professional and personal life. Implementing her eye for detail on a personal level, Giglio enjoys tending to her own garden, where she regularly hosts friends and family.
