This annual professional development conference brings together local and national early childhood educators to discuss­ best practices and emerging research that promotes optimal development for our youngest learners. Learn about research that fosters a common understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and provides resources for advocacy and continuing education.

Alliance member registration begins on October 15, 2025; general registration begins on October 29, 2025. Illinois certified teachers are eligible for Gateways and ISBE professional development credits.

Refund requests will be honored up to Wednesday, January 21, 2026. After this date, refunds will no longer be available. If an individual is unable to attend after the refund deadline, they may notify The Alliance for Early Childhood in advance to transfer their ticket to another person within their organization at no additional cost. Please contact The Alliance for Early Childhood as soon as possible to arrange any ticket transfers.
